Service And Repairs
For All Manufacturers. Both Scopes And Hardware.
We can repair virtually any scope from any veterinary endoscope manufacturer. Whether it’s a minor or major repair, you’ll only be charged for the specific component we fix—not for a full overhaul every time you send it in. This ensures you’re only paying for what’s necessary, keeping costs down and repairs efficient.
For Storz customers: We can handle minor repairs, but if your scope has video chip issues or fluid invasion, those repairs will need to go through Storz directly.
For Steris Endo-i customers: We can repair most components, but we aren’t able to fix scopes that have been bitten or that have video image problems. In those cases, we recommend checking with your insurance provider for claims service.
